Is your company insured?
ACC is fully insured and bonded. Bonded means that the insurance company guarantees our work. Insurance coverages are available upon request. Best of all WE GUARANTEE ALL OF OUR WORK.
How long will it take my carpet to dry?
It will generally take 2-8 hours for the carpet to become completely dry. Carpet type, air circulation, and humidity play a tremendous role in drying time.

I heard that water will ruin my carpet?
False. Cheap or poorly designed equipment can over wet carpet causing damage. ACC uses top of the line extractors that remove over 95% of water that is introduced to the carpet. This allows for industry leading drying times.
Is vacuuming really all that important?
Vacuuming regularly is essential to prolong the life of your carpet. Dirt acts as an abrasive to carpet fiber. A quality vacuum is always a great investment.
I want to maintain my warranty. How?
Having your carpets professionally cleaned is essential to comply with nearly all major carpet manufacturers' warranties.
Can cleaning my carpet actually make it resoil faster?
This happens frequently when inferior cleaning techniques are used to clean the carpet. ACC's 5 step cleaning process ensures that no residues are left behind for dirt to grab hold to.
Is carpet protectant really worth the extra money?
YES! Without the protective barrier of protectant soil can penetrate the carpet pile. This allows dirt and other pollutants to have an abrasive effect on the fibers. Carpet protectant is recommended to comply with the warranty of most major carpet manufacturers.
